Join us for our 7 class series to learn about Yoga and the 7 Chakras, or energy centers in the body. Students will be provided with fun and informative reading material to take home and practice. In this class, we will learn which yoga poses can help to balance and clear the Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) which connects us to the divine and our intuition. We will practice affirmations and meditation with frequency music/sounds associated with the Third Eye Chakra, as well as aromatherapy oils, crystals, and more. 💜💜💜 Wear Indigo to class if you’d like!
