Class Series to learn about Yoga and the 7 Chakras, or energy centers in the body. Students will be provided with fun and informative reading material to take home and practice. In this class, we will learn which yoga poses can help to balance and clear the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) which connects us to our sense of purpose, loving communication, speaking our truth, and self expression . We will practice affirmations and meditation with frequency music/sounds associated with the Throat Chakra, and will have the option to use aromatherapy oils and crystals.
