Class Series to learn about Yoga and the 7 Chakras. Will be provided with reading material to take home and practice. To start the series, we will learn which yoga poses help to balance and clear the Root Chakra (or Muladhara) which represents our foundation. We will also practice affirmations and meditation with frequency music/sounds associated with the Root Chakra. Wear red to class if you’d like! ❤️
