An all-levels yoga flow class that offers varied sequences and playlists each week. This vinyasa-style yoga class is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using the breath and flowing to the music. Sometimes this is done at a faster pace that focuses on building strength and endurance. Other times this is done at a slower pace to improve flexibility and release deeply held tension. Students move from standing to floor postures throughout this flow class. Come sync your breath to movement and enjoy yoga that feels like a dance with body and spirit.
