A yoga class designed to tap into your warrior spirit!

This powerful vinyasa-style yoga class is characterized by stringing postures together, with emphasis on the Warrior Poses, so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using the breath. Sometimes this is done at a faster pace that focuses on building strength and endurance. Other times this is done at a slower pace to improve flexibility and release deeply held tension. Come to our Warrior Flow class, and leave feeling strong and empowered.
