Meditation is a practice of mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Our Meditation Workshop is included in the Yoga Teacher Training Program as instructors advance to the 300 Hour Certification. The workshop is also open to the public interested in personal wellbeing, sleep, and an emotionally healthy life.
