Befriend Your Body:  Not everyone understands being with their body, that connectedness.  So when someone says, "lift up with your heart" ...one may have no clue what that means.  This class is based on the hatha style of yoga.  However, the emphasis is focused on how participants feel and not with proper technique and form.  Holli's objective is to create magic for body absorption through deep breathing, poses that relax, and a flow to enhance comfort and wellness.
