The goal of a Hatha Yoga practice is simply to enhance a natural range of motion for functional movement.  The class offers a Vinyasa style flow, using gentle movement into and out of postures. The practice begins and ends with breath practice to assist with stress reduction.

You must repurchase an active pass to register for this class. You must register 2 hours prior to class to ensure participation in class.
