This class is a unique one of a kind style of Yoga created by Grace Vadala, PT.  This style of practice integrates the John F Barnes' Myo-fasacial Release technique while in Yoga postures.  In this class we use gentle therapeutic yoga postures along with MFR rolling, somatic movements, unwinding, rebounding, breath work and hands on MFR techniques to promote pain relief and wellness.  We teach techniques that can be used at home for self-healing and pain relief.
