Nicole is a dedicated and experienced yoga teacher with a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. With 18 years of personal practice, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the benefits that yoga offers. Nicole’s trauma-informed yoga training enables her to modify and adapt yoga practices to meet the specific needs of individuals who have experienced trauma, promoting healing and self-empowerment.
As an early childhood educator and mama of three boys, Nicole brings a wealth of personal experience and empathy to her teaching. Nicole loves teaching her yoga classes through a blend of challenging yet playful movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to help her students cultivate physical strength, emotional resilience, and focus.
To further support her students' mental health, Nicole is also certified in mental health literacy. This additional training equips her with the knowledge and skills to create a supportive and inclusive yoga environment that fosters emotional well-being.
Nicole is deeply committed to her students' growth and self-discovery. She believes that yoga is a powerful tool for transformation and empowerment, and she feels honoured to guide her students on their yoga journey.
