Slow gentle flow of postures to increase your range of movement, create space, bring ease to your mind and body. 

If practicing at home via Zoom, you'll want to have a mat (or carpeted area), a wool blanket (or pillow), blocks (or hard cover books) and a strap (or belt). Option to incorporate a chair always available if you wish to have additional support. 

All classes include a short meditation and breathing exercise. Music may be played. Join us and refocus your attention on taking care of yourself.
