In this live-streamed class, flow through poses that access all your major muscle groups to help you feel both warm and relaxed overall.

If practicing at home via Zoom, you'll want to have a mat (or carpeted area), a wool blanket (or pillow), blocks (or hard cover books) and a strap (or belt). Option to incorporate a chair always available if you wish to have additional support. 

All classes include a short meditation and breathing exercise. Music may be played. Join us and refocus your attention on taking care of yourself.
