In this live-streamed gentle yoga class, you'll focus on the building blocks and foundational poses. You'll work on mobility for your major joints and muscles, gaining strength and relaxing your whole self.
If practicing at home via Zoom, you'll want to have a mat (or carpeted area), a wool blanket (or pillow), blocks (or hard cover books) and a strap (or belt). Option to incorporate a chair always available if you wish to have additional support.
All classes include a short meditation and breathing exercise. Music may be played. Join us and refocus your attention on taking care of yourself.
