-Practice mindfulness and emotional stability with daily meditation and affirmations
-Use dance positively as a creative and emotional outlet
-Body coordination and discipline, anatomy, flexibility, and a well rounded dance education
-Learn various dance styles and choreography
-Work on teamwork and improvisation
-Understand the history and roots of various dance styles
*Breakfast/lunch not included. Please be sure your child brings snacks/food/water for the day. We have a refrigerator to keep food fresh!
