This workshop is for all training levels! Whether you can only see your toes or can comfortably touch them, this workshop will give you the most effective strategies to increase and maintain flexibility.
Workshop Outline:
This workshop is presented in 3 main parts to give you a complete understanding of modern flexibility training. First, a 30-minute theoretical component with everything you need to know about the physiology of flexibility training. Then, 30 minutes of methodology, where you practice all methods and gain a good understanding of how they work on your body. And last but not least, 60 minutes of specific flexibility training with before and after measurements, so you can see the results right away.
