Iyengar Yoga ONLINE
IYENGAR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CLASS. Due to the restrictions of online teaching, sequenced poses will be led by instructor Linda Kusleika, not taught as in a regular class in a studio. Those familiar to Iyengar Yoga will likely be more comfortable with the practice. Please contact Linda with any questions,

Props needed: Mat, a chair, bolster, 2 blankets, 2 bricks, access to a wall, eye pillow (optional), strap. Ideally you will have a computer/gidget that has a camera and audio, and you can set it up so that I can see you on your mat. Please set up your yoga space ahead of class and have all your props ready.
Class fee: Free
Class Date: Wednesday, 5:15- 6:45pm. Please register ahead of time through Punchpass and sign in to Zoom 15 minutes before class begins.
