Pranayama- The Art of Breathing
We breathe every minute of our life, and yet a lot of us are unaware of our breath or of the power our breath has. In this workshop, we will cover:
-the physical and energetic anatomy of breathing
-explore breathing techniques used to calm, relax, and balance, as well as techniques used to enliven, energize, and detoxify
-apply breathing exercises to real-life (aid with anxiety, sleep, digestion, etc)
