Designed to promote healthy bodies and minds through physical, cognitive and creative practices. In this non-competitive environment, we’ll explore mindfulness, yoga postures, breathing, games and relaxation. Our goal is to build awareness, confidence and healthy bodies, as well as to give kids the tools they need to better cope with life stresses.
