YOGA FUNDAMENTALS 2:  Use the skillset attained in part 1 to dive deeper into the exploration of your foundational Yoga practice.  We will be breaking down more energetic standing & heart opening postures while gaining more understanding as to their deeper relationship with both the mind and body. This is a workshop style class, lots of space for questions and discussion as we work from where we are in that moment as we support and assist each other through the process.  $95, six-week series.
