Stretch, sweat, move your body, and experience the ‘yoga glow’ afterward. Play in the heat to tone muscle, detoxify, and calm your mind. This is an all-level class but not suitable for beginners who are pregnant or injured. (Tuesdays 5:30 pm, Thursdays 5:30 pm, Thursdays 7 pm, Saturdays 10 am)
