A six-class series: Prenatal yoga is designed to support a woman's physical, mental and emotional health through all stages of pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. Through yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and mantra, we create space and support for the vast changes in women's bodies, hearts and minds during this life changing journey.  Join a community of women, connect with your body (and baby!) and learn some tools to help you feel strong, healthy and balanced during your pregnancy.
No experience necessary.  Pre-registration for all six sessions $85, or drop in $16.
