*This class is for students who have taken Intro to Pole at least 3 to 5 times.* Pole 1 includes study of pole spins, turns, transitions, floorwork, and climbing. You will have a great time and you will get an incredible total body work out. Learn how to spin, climb, and move gracefully up, down, and all around the pole!
