This class is for those who have successfully tested out of Pole 1 class and are ready to train inversions.  This class will focus on building strength and endurance for:
  • Crucifix
  • Chopper
  • Outside leg hang
  • Inside leg hang 
  • Brass monkey
  • Shoulder mount and dismount
  • Jade split
  • Butterfly and more
You must pass our test in the studio in order to register for this class.  If you are visiting from another studio, please get in touch via email before dropping into Pole 2.
