*We recommend you take Intro to Pole 3-5 times before attempting Pole 1.* If you are new to pole dance, this is the class for you!  You can do this! In this class you will learn foundational pole dance technique & strengthening. You will learn to walk with style around the pole as well as basic spins and floorwork. This class will give you the skills you need to progress into Pole 1. Please wear tight fitting shorts so that the back of your knees can be exposed.
