**For inverting pole dancers. Must have a fluency with the Pole 1 spins, climbing, pirouettes, and cross knee release** Take your practice up-side-down in Pole 2! We will work on more advanced climbs, spins, holds, inversions, and transitions on static and spinning poles. We will strengthen our skills towards more technical aerial combinations.  This is a mixed level class.  The instructor reminds you to pole dance safely and work at your level.
