This TWERK CARDIO FITNESS 101 welcomes dancers of all skill levels, with every move broken down step-by-step for easy learning. You’ll explore a variety of twerking techniques, boost your flexibility and strength, and build confidence in your dance abilities. Plus, it’s a fun, supportive space where you can let loose, express yourself, and enjoy the music. Come join us and experience the energy and excitement of twerking!
💋 What to Wear:
- Comfortable, loose clothes that let you move and shake easily (preferably cheeky shorts).
- A fitted tank top, crop top, or t-shirt to stay cool.
- Sneakers or dance shoes with good support—or go barefoot if you like.
- Hair tied back so you can focus on the moves.
Don’t forget your water bottle—you’ll want to stay hydrated!
- Please do wear shorts and knee pads.
- Good for one Twerk Cardio class.
- All credits will expire 30 days from purchase date.
- No refunds or credits will be given, no exceptions.
- All unused credits will be forfeited.
- You must cancel your spot 2 hours before start time or your credit will be forfeited, no exceptions.
