Are you ready to TWERK?!? It’s going down #TwerkCardioStyle. Be ready to SHAKE-SWEAT-REPEAT in an energetic class to the latest BOOTY SHAKING music. You’ll be using both your upper and lower body to maximize the cardiovascular aspect. Don’t worry, will break the moves down slowly for all to learn and then TURN IT UP a level to get that burn. We're all about sweating while having fun regardless of one's age, background, or size. We cater to all shapes, sizes, and levels. #AllBootiesMatter

- Good for one Twerk Cardio class.
- All credits will expire 30 days from purchase date.

- You must cancel your spot 2 hours before start time or your credit will be forfeited, no exceptions.
- Passes can only be used in the month of May or it will be forfeited.
