Prenatal Yoga - Portland

Prenatal yoga is a class specifically designed for prenatal women at any stage in their pregnancy. This class serves as a space to gather in community with other pregnant women where we focus on yoga postures and breath work aimed to address the ever changing landscape of your pregnant body and baby. In our prenatal class, we will be practicing a slightly modified version of vinyasa to help prepare those who are expecting for childbirth through use of gentle stretches, postures and breath work to promote flexibility, build strength, and increase relaxation. This class can also help to alleviate aches and pains associated with carrying.
