A Yoga Nidra class is a guided meditation that induces deep physical relaxation while keeping the mind awake and aware.
After some restorative yoga postures, yogis lie in a comfortable position (Savasana) for 30–60 minutes, using body scans, breathwork, and visualization to release stress. It requires no experience and promotes profound restoration, often acting as a "yogic nap" to rejuvenate the nervous system.
