Flow and restore offers an opportunity to both move energy in the body and also to slow down the mind. The class is divided into two parts: the first half being mindful movement in the form of vinyasa flow, and the second half being more meditative. The second half of class holds restorative postures for longer periods of time accompanied by a guided meditation.
