Welcome to a multidisciplinary workshop with an experienced yoga practitioner and a licensed acupuncturist to offer a 90 minute restorative yoga class with optional Acupuncture. This workshop is open to everyone wishing to marinate in candlelight, soft music, intentionally silent, slow movement on the floor. We will use this practice to experience movement of breath and energy, in stillness of restorative yoga postures with the option (and prior permission) of acupuncture.

No experience necessary, curious beings encouraged. We invite you to stay for tea and chocolate after class.
