Baby and me classes are meant to create space for new moms to get back into GENTLY moving their bodies mindfully and to make mental space for themselves in this new, life changing role. It is an opportunity to connect with baby while you make space to meet yourself where you are on the mat through a gentle vinyasa style flow and breath work.
