Yin Yoga for helping to balance body/mind/spirit & find more anchoring within during eclipse season. This class comes at the cusp of our Solar Eclipse/New Moon in Aries when energies are likely to be strongly stirring and surging.
This special Yin sequence on the mat is enhanced with crystals and oracle card reading. Robin will share some card & crystal insights for individuals & collectively & flow into the yin yoga sequence. Sound healing or reiki may be incorporated spontaneously during this practice as we open to the flows of energy and move intuitively.
