Welcome to stretch classes at HYPE! An excellent compliment to your spin classes, this is an opportunity to strengthen your mobility and add some intentional recovery to your routine. Come as you are, and enjoy the same dark room and vibes that you love in spin class. 

About Stretch
Move through slow, intentional stretches that keep your body gently active while creating space and mobility. Through light engagement, you’ll find deep and effective stretches without forcing range of motion. Guided cueing throughout the class helps you stay connected, supported and actively engaged.

What to bring: We provide mats, blocks and straps. Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in and bring a water bottle. We keep the studio on the chilly side, so bring a sweatshirt with you to class and/or a blanket for savasana at the end. If you are attending Stretch after a Spin class, consider bringing a change of clothes---you may get chilly if your clothes are damp or wet from sweat.
