Using ideas from Atomic Habits by James Clear, we’ll talk about how small changes add up, why identity-based habits matter, and how to build systems that work for your life and help you reach our goals. You’ll leave with a personalized workbook and a clear, simple plan to help you move forward with purpose.
This workshop will be led by Carmen — who outside the studio, is a high school teacher and academic advisor. At school, she works closely with students to build academic plans and stay on track — and she's excited to bring that same kind of support and structure into this space at the studio.
