Led by certified personal trainer Mel, this 50-minute class is equal parts spin and strength. You'll start out with a heart-pumping HYPE spin class, then you will move to your mat for a full body strength workout including bodyweight exercises and using weights (up to 5lbs).
Just like your classic HYPE spin class, all you need to do is bring your water bottle and be dressed to sweat. We provide your mats, weights, towels and clip in shoes (which you can wear on the bike AND the mat).
