Build a stronger YOU---inside and out. Join us for Spin & Strength! Not only will we build muscle, but we will also build resilience and confidence. 

Led by certified personal trainer Mel, this 50-minute class is equal parts spin and strength. You'll start out with a heart-pumping HYPE spin class, then you will move to your mat for a full body strength workout including bodyweight exercises and using weights (up to 5lbs).
