Start with a slow and uplifting spin class with simple choreo to set the tone for Heart Opening Yoga. This class is excellent for those newer to spin.
Heart Opening Yoga gives us a moment to pause, breathe and drop back into ourselves. In this practice we will connect with our heart and start tuning into our inner knowing through breath work and mindful yoga poses.
