This 75-minute class is established in elements of the Ashtanga Primary Series, but embraces the flexibility of the Vinyasa Flow aspect. This class stays faithful to tradition while remaining playful and accessible at the same time. Students are encouraged to develop into the postures gradually, listening to their body and allowing for modification as desired with the support of a skilled instructor to help them adapt.
