By integrating yoga with biomechanical movements, we will delve into the dynamics of your hips and legs, examining how they interact with one another and the rib cage. This practice aims to identify and minimize compensatory movements, leading to greater comfort in the hips, knees, ankles, and feet. You will leave the class with more confidence in your balance and increased ease walking, hiking, and biking ease. All levels welcome; some of the practice will take place on the floor.
