In this class, we will focus on somatic, breathwork (pranayama), hip & heart openers & finding a deeper state of rest and relaxation. Much of this class will be on the floor with support of props. A lovely way to connect with our Soma (mind/body/spirit), reset our nervous system, and honor what’s needed to live the fullest version of our lives.
