Your back plays a crucial role in providing stability for your posture and enabling mobility through bending and twisting in various directions! Join us to explore your back using breath and gentle, small movements. You will discover ways to bring ease to your back and identify habits that may be causing discomfort. No prior yoga experience is required, some portions of the class will take place on the floor.
We will meet three times:
1) Small group at Ecce Yoga on Tuesday, January 7, 6:30 - 8 PM
2) Online group discussion and practice on Saturday, January 11, 9:30 - 10:30 AM
3) Private one-hour movement therapy session at a time chosen by you.
