Join Brenda for a mindfulness based online class (with a recording available if you can’t make it live) meant to ground and relax our nervous systems. In each class we focus on slower sequencing, conscious breath work and learning to move in our bodies with patience and compassion. This is a great class for anyone wanting a more embodied practice, for those who struggle with anxiety, depression and/or stress, or for those who are dealing with an injury or illness.
