Breath-centric Yin practice offers an exquisite unwinding of deep tensions. You choose how much support is optimal and how much opening is welcome as you tune into your body, and shift from thinking and doing into feeling and being. While establishing a steady breath rhythm, we explore a series of Yin postures to developing our practice of stillness, meet our edge, and open into presence. We complete class in a supported, reclined posture, to allow breath to open and harmonize our inner body and being.
