This program offers 4 guided sessions of Yoga Nidra. Each live stream session commences with a webinar to provide a fertile foundation for practice: We will work with the power of intention as a tool to clarify the mind and tap into heart wisdom; exploring the four universal addictions, we will use this ancient practice to unhook from negative mind states and free ourselves from unhealthy patterns; and further understanding stress, we will cultivate a potent tool to reset the nervous system. Yoga Nidra fosters our natural state of wholeness and deepens our capacity to sustain presence – the essence of conscious life and the bedrock of healing.
