Tending grief is an act of love that warms our hearts. As we learn to metabolize grief, we mobilize what has been bound in body and mind, freeing ourselves to be more fully alive.


Join us for an afternoon of connection and transformation. Open to new possibilities through movement, conscious breath, experiential processes, writing and ritual. Trusting your own journey empowers you; allowing emotion to flow freely brings a sense of relief and liberation.

We were never meant to tend our grief alone. Although universal, we each experience grief uniquely. When grief comes, and cracks us open, our task may be to accept that part of us will dwell in the Underworld, at least part-time, and to fill this place with as much love and compassion as possible.

This supportive guided experience meets you where you are at. Be fortified in community and tap into your courage to feel and breathe and allow grief to move. At this workshop you will find your rhythm, and tend in your way, to clarify the past and deepen into presence.
