Yoga for Grief & Gratitude is a gentle approach to tend our grief and pain using movement, breath and sound. Seated in a chair, we explore grounding practices to cultivate presence and instill safety. Connecting to breath and flowing through movements, we use sound and intention to express feelings and open to the innate wisdom of the body. Learning to trust our own process is empowering; allowing e-motion to move, we often experience a sense of relief and freedom as energy is liberated to flow, resulting in a sense of lightness. This work is invitational and guided to support you just where you are at. There is no agenda - just a pathway of possibilities toward awareness and love to come home to yourself.
