Is your mid-back tight? Do you spend hours a day at your computer? Do you have shoulder, elbow or wrist restriction? Join me for inspiring, restorative results in just one afternoon. By connecting and engaging consciously through the layers of the shoulders, arms and core, we will explore movement sequences to dissolve density. Releasing tensions, we will re-pattern the alignment of the ribcage to optimize ease and fluidity. Keen attention to breath will pave the way, melting resistance and liberating the breath.
