At the hub of our mobility, our hips joints are vital for both our foundation to the earth and for pelvic stability. In this workshop participants will experience three movement sequences to stabilize, release and relax our hips: a therapeutic sequence to establish stability, a movement sequence to cultivate fluidity and a restorative sequence to facilitate ease.  At the completion of this workshop, you will enjoy a sense of strength and openness!
