Kaivalya means beatitude, a state of extreme blessedness and Kaivalya Yoga (traditional yoga) is a special sequence of Hatha Yoga chosen to open the entire body and increase mindfulness. It is a meditative Yoga practice that involves deep Yogic breathing and stretching, as well as periods of relaxation. With this practice you experience an inner body massage and elevated energy levels, and is best practiced in the morning.

  • Helps with insomnia and digestions problems.
